I know this scent has been out for awhile, but I was just turned on to it recently! It is sexy, creamy, alluring, inviting. OMG I LOVE IT!

Poeme Parfum Spray is one of the best perfumes by Lancome. I love its very distinctive floral scent - a contrasting combination of an icy Himalayan Poppy and a desert hot Datura flower. I like to wear it on special occasions and I am always complimented about its long-lasting fragrance.
A perfume that speaks of gracefulness, demureness and irresistible charms in you.

1995 & my first trip to Paris. Three weeks in the City of Lights. I've fallen in love with the city but somehow something was missing. But I was lucky enough to find it, even though in the last minute of my trip - the quintesence of Paris : Poeme by Lancome , found at the Duty Free @ Charles De Gaulle Airport ! And I'm hooked ever since - went thru numerous bottles in these last 12 years, bought from wherever I could find them . Yes,I have no shame :)

Lancome of Paris has surely created something magnificent: Poeme. This "eau de parfum" is irresistable. If there is such thing as the world's most entrancing perfume, this would be the one. It's floral scent is strong, but is everlasting throughout the day. Reccommended for the romantics at heart, I give Lancome's Poeme the highest rating for it has captivated the charts of sheer elegrance.

I get a LOT of compliments on this fragrance, and that's why I go through it so quickly... I normally don't like florals of any type, but this one is perhaps the most unique one you'll ever try, it won't give you a headache.
Though it goes on strong at first, it ages nicely, and lasts and lasts and LASTS. It doesn't just disappear, it mellows, and at the end of the day, you might be wondering why your man has fallen asleep with his nose against your neck and a smile on his face.
