Well for startes this is one of the best cologes out there. The smell is chrisp and will last a long time. It is a great cologne for any acasion. I have many colognes and this one is on the top of my list, very masculine but girls love it!!!!!
A scent you can use your whole life. June 12, 2006
Ever since I was a kid I've been using my dad's Hugo cologne. This cologne has a scent that doesn't get old. I should also mention that I own lots of colognes and this is still my favorite. Like the other reviewer said I don't think the amazon description really describes this cologne. You should just go out and try it out. Hugo boss has also came out with other colognes which I've been dissapointed about. Some are good but they can't ever beat the original hugo. Take my advice and buy Hugo.

I have been mostly a Calvin Klein cologne supporter the last few years but a few months ago I gave Hugo a try. I gotta say that I really dig it. I don't know about it being the scent of "northern air, deep rich forests, and surf crashing against a rugged coastline", but it smells good. And the old lady likes it. Not to sound gay but the scent is light, not heavy like CK's Obsession, and it hangs around for a good while unlike alot of the lighter colognes that seem to disappear after a few hours.
If you haven't tried it, you should. You'll like it and so will the old ball and chain.
