Great for covering up circles under eyes and skin inperfections October 1, 2006

This covers up the circles under the eyes and the imperfections like spots or pimples. It is hypoallergenic so it does not burn the eyes. It is also a sponge and not a lipstick form like so many other cheap brands, so it is not hard on that delicate eye area like a hard lipsick cover up type.
