THE BEST EYELINER I'VE EVER USED! September 11, 2008
There is absolutely no doubt that this is the best eyeliner I have ever bought or used! I have used lots of pencil, cream, liquid and gel eyeliners and this is my absolute favorite! It's waterproof, has a wonderful creamy texture so applies easily. It's very easy to smudge for a great smokey look and will also leave a defined line with no rub off if you want to go that way as well. The color assortments offered are awesome! The price is great for such a great quality product! I will continue to use Urban Decay 24/7 for all the pencil eyeliners I will purchase from now on!
