This is the stuff that got me hooked on cake eyeliners. Because of the way my eyes are shaped (closer to Asian eyes than Caucasian) pencil liners smudge too easily, and usually end up all over my upper lids. All liquid liners make my eyes water for some reason, which causes the liner to smear even as I am putting it on.
Cake eyeliners are perfect though. I don't even need mascara anymore. If I want a more subtle look, the brush gives me the control to place the liner inside of my lashline, simply making it look like I have naturally full, lush lashes. If I want a bolder look, I can easily draw a line above my lashes that is thick enough to be noticable, but still thin enough to not rub against my upper lid (which was impossible to do even with the sharpest pencil liner). Also, once it's actually dry (I wet my brush, a few people don't) it's not going anywhere. No touchups ever, and if I want a super thick line for some reason, all I have to do is keep my eye closed until it's dry (about 30 seconds) and then I don't have to worry about it rubbing off onto my upper eyelid!
The only reason why this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish the color combinations were better. The black is with the blue, and the brown is with the green. I wish they'd put the black and brown in a set together. I'm not a big fan of the more unnatural colors...
