The product arrived badly damaged...in the Arizona heat, the package was probably not stored properly, and the bottle cap on the nail polish melted and the bottle itself actually crumbled leaving a real mess in the box as I opened it. However, the lip gloss was undamaged. I called customer service and an entire new package was immediately over-nighted to me at no additional charge. And I actually got a bonus lip gloss out of the whole thing. All this is saying nothing of the products, which are wonderful. The nail polish is probably a bit more coral than the pink I expected, but it is neutral and beautiful. "Orgasm" is the best color ever made!
