Cult Classic - Must Have August 14, 2008
There are some products they we all must have in our kits and this is one of the them. It is one of my top 10 must haves. It has vibrant color and makes a statement. I like to apply the color on top of a Narsn Area glitter pencil and it gives it a metallic shimmer that out of this world.
