Not the miracle I was hoping for July 25, 2007

This mascara goes on wonderfully and makes my lashes thick and long. It doesn't clump. The only problem is under my eyes...by the end of the day I have tell tale signs of mascara. I use powder to set my makeup, but no matter what I do, I still end up with mascara under my eyes. I am going back to Kiss mascara...it doesn't make my lashes thick but it also never appears under my eyes.
