Product Description What it is:A double-duty blotting powder. What it does:Get rid of shine, discoloration, and redness as you create a flawless finish with Benefit's supreme blotting powder that blot, blot, blots away shadows and imperfections and provides a matte, mistake-proof finish. The ultra-silky powder does double-duty as it eliminates both shine and blotchiness.

great powder October 30, 2008 I've used this powder for years - since I don't use foundation I prefer Get Even because it offers more coverage & evens out my skin tone more than other powders. It's expensive but lasts me approx. 6mos so it's worth it to me. And the packaging is cute too.
Fresh Face All Day! August 5, 2008 Read the other reviews...they sum it up. This is one of the best pressed powders I've ever used! I literally only needed to touch-up once during the day (and that was well after lunch). It's summer time in the South...which means more oil, more powder, more often. The fact my face still looked fresh and matte after 4 hours of wear was amazing! I used Get Even to set my makeup this morning (Boi-ing, Philosophy's Supernatural, Lancome blush) and didn't need to retouch until this afternoon! Amazing!
I really like this but needs more sponges! February 11, 2008 I'm a huge fan of benefit products, I do admit they are overpriced, but if I find something that works for my very acne prone skin, I stick by it, I love this because its not cakey and blends perfectly into my skin hiding all the blotchyness and acne scars, but the only problem is that the sponge it comes with begins to rub and peel in couple weeks, and I need about 3 sponges per powder, this really sucks because I cant find the replacements anywhere, they use a different type of sponge then regular kind and its not a puff, I've contacted benefit and sephora and they dont have them, so I'm pretty discouraged by it. If anyone knows where I can find the same type of sponge, please let me know.
I really wanted to love this January 21, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Based on the excellent reviews, I wanted to love this product. I have finely-textured skin with a little pinkness on my cheeks and chin that I like to cover. When I applied Get Even #2 in the Sephora store, it appeared to do the job, so I purchased it. But when I went out to my car and took a close look at my skin in full sun, I was disappointed to see my never-before-visible blond facial hairs screaming LOOK AT ME under the weight of the powder. Even worse, I could see little divots of beige inside every pore on my face. I was looking for natural. What I got instead was an obvious made-up look.
For covering redness, as well as for a sheer, natural look, I have not yet found anything that beats Vincent Longo Water Canvas Creme-To-Powder Foundation. It's pricey, but it does what it claims on my skin. I also love the mineral powders, particularly Jane Iredale, but Urban Decay Surreal Skin Mineral Makeup is very nice, too.
I LOVE this!! January 3, 2008 I've never been one to wear foundations or powders every day. I hate the multi steps involved in beautifying and avoid it except on special occasions. That being said, I use this EVERY DAY. I love it! It's light, easy to use, and evens out my skin tone without making me look or feel overly made up. This is something that I will buy again and again.
My skin is on the dry to normal side, and I rarely have blemishes, so that might contribute to how well this works for me. I can't say enough good things about this powder!!
