 Good product, but didn't rock my world... November 20, 2008
I had super high expectations for this bronzer, since I love LG's Balance & Brighten powder so much. But to me this product is just "good," not phenomenal. It gets brownie points for its beautiful swirly appearance. Also, it goes on a nice matte cocoa color (NO ORANGE!), which gives the appearance of a natural tan. I just don't use it much, because I have other bronzers (like Cargo, Benefit Hoola, MAC, Too Faced) that I prefer over this one. This one just doesn't "glow" the way some others do. I've had this 3 months now and I've only used it twice. Like I said, it's a solid product, I'm just not in love with it. Perhaps I'll reach for it more when the weather gets warmer. Or it might be a better product for contouring, rather than brozing...

When my pricey bronzer was discontinued, I decided to try Laura Geller's product. This is a perfect year round bronzer that goes on flawlessly.

This multi-toned bronzer, with its swirls of brown, pink, tan, and beige gives a finished look that is perfect for any time of year.
Some other bronzers I've tried leave an orange cast, or a tone that is too "flat" and brown/muddy looking to be realistic. Not so with Geller's bronzer.
Here, the effect is gently sunkissed, and since you can "build" color intensity, it's great for any time of year.
Also, I experimented with using this as an eyeshadow/contour color and the effect was good.
Plenty of product for the money, too. Recommended!

I had never tried a bronzer before, always worried that I would turn out looking orangey. With the swirl of different tones, this bronze and brighten product makes me look clean, fresh and gives just enough color to my face to make me look "sun kissed". Think I'll try the balance and brighten now that fall is coming!

I have tried everything out there in the many years I have been wearing makeup. I have very dry skin , if I use a liquid foundation I get cracks , if I use a creme , it gets cakey. I have used the mineral makeup and loved it so when I saw this I tried it too,,,, this is one step makeup
wash your face, moisturize....wait a few minutes for it to absorb and then you use the bronze and brighten !
I apply it with a puff first, tapping all around my face, neck , forehead...then blend it with the puff,,,if it's a regular old day ,,, DONE ! ,,,this even out all the redness and gives you the glow in the right spots,,,if it's a special occasion day ,,,, get a blush brush and swirl a little on the cheekbones,,,and eyelids,,,TA DA,,,,DONE !
I made sure I had this in the hospital after my last baby,,,, 10 seconds and I looked great ,,,,, but not made up
it's a natural clean look ,,,,,,,I can't say enough about it ! try it yourself ...who's not over the 10 step morning makeup !
