I own the whole line - but I never used this one product for a day lotion...then one day I tried it out and got instant compliments from those that see me everyday. They commented that my face looked brighter and asked me if I had put a highlighter or something on my cheekbones. I am hooked. Clarins is expensive - but SO worth it.

This Clarins moisturizer is very light, goes on smoothly and has SPF 20. It does make the face shiny at first but it absorbs quickly. My foundation goes on smoothly. I was a little skeptical about the brightening but my husband said that my face really did look brighter and refreshed after a few weeks. I now use this lotion as a part of my daily regimen along with the Brightening Cleansing Mousse and Brightening Night Cream.

This stuff is AWESOME! Like another reviewer said, it does leave the face a little bit shiny, but that doesn't bother me because I use makeup, and my makeup goes on more smoothly now. I also use the Bright Plus cleansing mousse, exfoliator and Serum. I am telling you, it is WORTH IT. I felt an IMMEDIATE difference in the mornings - left the house feeling so much better everyday because I LOOKED healthier. This stuff is the BEST!

I love this product because it has SPF 20 that doesn't feel like it. It's not chalky and won't turn your face white. It does make the face a little bit shiny, but it didn't make me break out. It's very lightweight but is still hydrating enough. The bottle has less than you'd expect (1.7 oz only) which lasted me about 6 months or so with almost everyday use. Still, the quality of the item (despite the wasteful packaging) is well-worth the price.
