I needed a really intense moisturizer when i was on accutane in the winter. (I'm a 23 year old with now lovely skin.) I used this as a night cream, and it did such a great job that I didn't even need to use a moisturizer in the morning. Anyone that knows anything about accutane knows it gives you incredibly dry skin. If this works on accutane skin, it will work on ANY dry skin. (warning - if your skin is sensitive, you will feel a bit of a tingle the first couple times you use it. it's not too bad, and it will go away after a few uses.)
