I think I like this lotion. I wanted to know what it smelled like and it was on sale. Now that it's here I'm a little unsure of the scent (rose) just because it makes me feel a little older. I use a plain smelling lotion with it to reduce the rose scent a little. If too much is used then it would be overpowering but it can be nice when used in moderation. Soft & sensual isn't really an accurate description. It is not an efficient hand moisturizer in the winter. For your arms and legs though it works just as well as the mass retailer lotions. The bottle cap is difficult to open and don't squeeze too hard. I got too much one time and the bottle design doesn't let you open it to put the extra lotion back.

I've used this product many times now and it smells great! It is by no means stinky. I've had compliments about the fragrance and others wanting to buy some for theirself!
Catches the attention of young gentlemen November 18, 2007
I once was wearing this moisturizer back in college (maybe around 2002) during a t-shirt exchange race - regular college antics type thing - and the young man who wound up with my shirt came up to me later and said "Your shirt smelled so wonderful. What were you wearing that made it smell like that?' He was attracted. Worked for me! I disagree wholeheartedly with the "smells so stinky" review. It's inexpensive, and a classic, so try it for yourself!

LIKE ALL OTHER AVON PRODUCTS, IT SMELLS TERRIBLE,
ANYTHING BUT SENSUAL.
AFTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH SEVERAL AVON PRODUCTS,
YOU JUST BUY ONE ONLY TO DO A LITTLE FAVOR TO SOME FRIEND WHO IS AN AVON PRODUCTS SELLER,
OR YOU JUST HAPPEN TO USE IT ONLY BECAUSE IT'S SOMEONE'S GIFT.
BUT NOT WORTH TO BUY EVER AGAIN.
