These products are worth every penny October 1, 2008 This summer, I started getting a bad case of chicken skin. I felt self conscious and wore tees with longer sleeves. Then, because of heavy workouts and thick sports bras, my chest and back broke out. Derma Doctor's KP scrub has been very effective in clearing up the KP and body acne. The scrub is an awesome exfoliator for pre-shaven legs. I no longer have ingrown hairs, razor burns, or red bumps. It is totally fragance free, too!
The lotion is very effective on my KP and post-shaved legs. It is fragrance free, non-greasy, and overall a very simple solution for skin problems.
Use as directed. You won't be disappointed. Don't be "chicken" about this product!!!
WOW-I'm Impressed! May 11, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've been using lac lotion a Rx for about 3 years for my KP. I could see and feel a difference in 2 days. WOW! I've been faithfully using for about 1 week now, and it's gotten even better. It's not 100% gone, but I would say about 90% and the redness is better. I was skeptical with some of the reviews, but I figured I'd give it a try and it was worth it!
Derma Doctor KP Duty Kit April 6, 2008 i have recently purchased the derma doctor kp duty kit. i do think that it helps. my skin definetly seems softer and smoother. it reduced the bumps and redness slightly. the lotion is thick and doesnt smell fruity or flowery but works. the scrub is sort of like rubbing sand all over your body but i think it really helps remove all the dead skin. all together i like it. it serves it purpose. a little on the expensive side but i guess you have to pay to get results.
Only product that's worked March 14, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've tried multiple products and visited my dermatologist, but nothing worked as well as these products do! I'm SO happy!!
Beats the $150 prescription lotion I used to use March 6, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I have severe keratin pilaris. I have tried every cream my dermatologist prescribed--some costing as much as $150. Of course, insurance doesn't cover "cosmetic" prescriptions. NOTHING has worked as well as these two products. I strongly recommend using them in conjunction. I tried to be cheap and use both separately, but you get significant improvements using them both together. I use the creme every day and I use the scrub 3X a week. Both products only require a small amount to be used, so a little truly goes a long way.
