needs improvement November 29, 2007 Product is supposed to produce a separate blue and a yellow ribbon that you mix to the color green in your hand. I have yet to receive the product that has either had no yellow or one of the 2 colors runs out before the other. The idea is great and the product works really well. But, I would NOT recommend buying it until Bliss works out the problems.

I absolutely love the way this products works on my skin, but I am disappointed by the product packaging. No matter how I sqeeze the tube, I can only get an even blue/yellow mix when I am about halfway down the tube, and repeatedly squeezing to get an even distribution is just a waste of product, which bothers me because the cost is a bit high for my spending limits.
Good product, packaging is gimmicky and over-designed September 17, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've just started using this product, and so far like it a great deal. I have congested skin that is also sensitive, and the mask seems to clean it well without being too harsh.
I was worried at first that the product was defective as the tube is supposed to distribute separate blue and yellow enzymes that must be mixed to be "activated." My tube only squeezed out blue gel, no yellow. I called Bliss and was told I could exchange it, but in reality both enzymes are the same and that rubbing the product merely "warms it." In other words, nothing is in fact being activated other than your imagination. That's mildly annoying, and seems frankly deceptive in terms of the product description, but if the product works well, as it seems to so far, I guess it doesn't matter.
Non-Drying December 2, 2005 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is the only facial I've found that's worth the trouble. It isn't drying or harsh. It softens my skin and refines the pores. Over time I've had fewer blackheads. (I've been using Steep Clean every week for several months.)
Disappointing October 3, 2005 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Doesn't deliver what it promises; in fact, I notice no difference even after repeated use. Try the Bliss sleeping peel mask instead.
