a wonderful surprise! July 29, 2008 I had (yes, past tense!) a dime shaped brown spot (okay, age spot) right on my cheek. It was very noticeable, and almost distracting to me. I tried different concealers and foundations yet nothing hid the discoloration. An acquaintance told me about this product and I tried it with the attitude that I had nothing to lose except some cash. I wasn't ready to spend hundreds of dollars, and time, at the dermatologist's office. Within TWO WEEKS, my age spot is GONE! I couldn't be happier, or more surprised. My hope was that, at best, the serum would soften the discoloration. It totally removed it! I hope that your results are as amazing as mine has been. What a product!
Fades freckles, post acne marks, and age spots June 10, 2008 I tried Murad lightening gel back in February 2008 and the price may be a little steep but it is June and I am only halfway through the bottle. You only need a little of this product every night before you apply your moisturizer as the sun prevents the lightening ingredients from working during the day. My freckles has significantly lightened (they are still there but I even stopped wearing foundation because you can hardly tell). This product is also great if you had acne in the past because it helps speed the lightening of acne marks, not just age spots. Just remember to wear sunscreen everyday, Neutrogena with helioplex is really light and non-greasy and will help this product works. Don't expect all your marks to completely dissapear but this product works if you use it regularly.
Not worth it! April 4, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I ordered and used two bottles of this...I used it and followed directions completely, and wore a spf 30 sunscreen everyday. Did absolutely nothing for my hyperpigmentation. I finally broke down and bought Hydroquinone 4%, my pigmentation that had plagued me for 3 years had almost vanished. Please don't waste your money on this hype, if you have hyperpigmentation, just go for the hydroquinone 4 %, that cost me only $18.00 for a tube and had plenty left over, compared to $80.00 for this worthless item! I used murad for 6 months, hydroquinone for two months. I have an olive complexion, just because it's more expensive doesn't mean it's better!
Great results, good value for your $ February 3, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have been using this cream for almost 2 months now and the results are amazing. My sun spots are lightened and it has also decreased the redness on my face. I will continue to use it and highly recommend it.
Just another bottle of hype January 3, 2007 3 out of 7 found this review helpful
Maybe I expect too much. However, even my lowest expectation wasnt met. Just go ask a dermatologist to help, dont waste your money.
