 Waste of money, water, packaging, and time November 29, 2008
This seemed to do absolutely nothing for my skin, and it even left my skin feeling unclean. I couldn't wait to go back to my tried-and-true St. Ives Apricot Scrub.
Not a Fan January 27, 2008
I think that the other two products in this line (the power foam wash and the 3-in-1 salicylic acid treatment) are excellent and use them every day.
On the other hand, this scrub is awful. It left my skin oily and breaking out, plus the menthol (which doesn't do anything in skin care products besides "tingle") irritated my skin.
I use Clean and Clear Blackhead clearing scrub to gently exfoliate instead and am much happier with it.
I know we're all different, so good luck in finding something that works for you.
 Very gentle scrub December 29, 2007
I moved to this product from Neutrogena's Anti-Blackhead scrub when I decided to try the Acne Stress line. I have found the Acne Stress line to be very effective, but it took a while to get accustomed to the gentleness of this "scrub". It is not as abrasive or as drying as previous scrubs I've tried, but my complexion overall looks and feels excellent (with the occasional minor and brief breakout) so I can't complain. Perhaps I was just inciting oil production and acne with more abrasive and drying scrubs. My one complaint about the product is that the little blue scrubbies inside of it are often left behind in the shower (I use the product nightly in the shower after the power foam) and have to be wiped up.
Makes your face "feel" clean but it sure isn't December 15, 2007
The microbeads which do their job and exfoliate the face are the only thing about this product that is allowing me to give it one star. After you finish washing your face you feel cool and clean, however over the course of using it, your acne will not go down, in fact oil is still on your face because new acne emerges. Reading the label with warnings of "don't go out in the sun without suntan lotion" makes you think it is powerful, it is far from it. Please avoid this product because it defintely does not do what it claims to do, which is to control acne.

This product is amazing. I have used Neutrogena products for years to help keep my acne under control, and this product takes it to the next level. The exfoliation from the little beads is thorough, and the cool tingle immediately after applying is soothing. I use it every night to wash away the accumulation of dirt and oil from the day. Since I have been using this product, the amount and severity of acne on my face have dropped dramatically. Although it is fairly gentle and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, it is probably a little too abrasive to use more than once a day so I would be careful about overdoing it.
