I'd rate this a 3.5. When I first sprayed on Vanille Canelle it smelled like cinnamon scented laughing gas. After it warms up on the skin it really changes. On my skin it's cinnamon and warm floral notes. It's a very comforting scent. It's much like wrapping yourself in a fluffy, warm and favorite comforter on a cold day! Something in Vanille Canelle is spicy, edgy and vibrant as well. Perhaps it's the ginger that gives it that edgy feel. I agree with one of the previous reviewers who stated that Vanille Canelle was great for layering. I wore it underneath J. Lo's Live Luxe and it smelled great. I'm not sure if I will keep my full size, but it's really a nice scent.
Notes: cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar, and vanilla enhanced with fruity, floral & amber notes. Fragrance family: Oriental.

I LOVE vanille canelle. Fall is my favorite season of the year, and vanille canelle just smells like Autumn to me. The cinnamon, clove, and vanilla combination reminds me of gingerbread cookies. I also recommend layering vanille canelle with vanille peach from comptoir sud pacifique. Together they smell like a peach cobbler.
