A Delicate, Yet Voluptuous Scent June 23, 2006

Thierry Mugler, with the help of fragrance partner Vera Strubi and three perfumers came up with the idea of adding a floral element to his signature fragrance, Angel. The one problem? All of the experts came up with their own choice of flower. Unable to pick one, Strubi and Mugler chose to keep them all... And one of them, my favorite, was Violette Angel.

Violette Angel is a new twist of the traditional Angel fragrance. It's been enhanced with a combination of violet and patchouli notes. At first a scent that is small and delicate, almost hidden and then suddenly it becomes a full, voluptuous scent that's bright and sparkling.

(I've received many a compliment while wearing this scent...)

So, if the original Angel dazzled you, this new Violette Angel will enchant you with it's notes of violet, dewberry, honey, red berries, patchouli, vanilla, caramel, and chocolate. That is, as long as you like violets...
