 This does not work! October 26, 2008
I paid 35 dollars for a 30 day trial kit of this item. It did not work at all. It made it worse! I had HUGE whiteheads all over my chin and cheeks that I usually dont get! I would not reccomend this to anyone!
This doesn't work October 12, 2008
This product completely wrecked my skin. The cleanser leaves your skin dry and tight. I started to break out in the first weeks after I started to use it but customer support told me that's supposed to happen. Well two months after I started using the product my skin did not clear up. It was worse than it has ever been. I don't recommend this product to anyone.

Now that has worked for me and my skin is clear though I skill have some scarring from the Murad.

Gave this a try after I saw a infomercial about it. I was so disappointed. It didn't do anything for my skin, and I think it actually made my breakouts worse. The Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel smells awful, and dried out my skin sooo bad. I saw that it did kind of work, but because I could only use it every other day at most I never saw any results from it. The Acne Spot Treatment also didn't work for me. I would use it and I would expect that blemish to be gone in I would say at most 3 days. Never happened. Also, after you run out of this kit it is pretty expensive to keep using this disappointing product.
Before using this kit I used Cetaphil, and my skin looked better when I was using that! I totally recommend Cetaphil, and use with some kind of spot treatment!

I never had bad skin before but suddenly started to break out. I didnt want to try Proactiv since benzoyl peroxide is really bad and drying to the skin (it also lowers your skins defense against free radicals--NOT GOOD!) Anyways I tried Murad and after only 2 days my skin became red and imflamed around my cheeks. I also noticed that every time I washed my face I got a burning sensation in my eyes, even though I had them tightly closed and never put the product near my eye area. I was willing to give this product a try and suffer through the 30 days that the kit was supposed to last. However, the smell of this stuff is terrible and I really couldnt stand it. Also, my skin burned with the acne gel and started to peel around my nose. My last straw with this stuff, was noticing tiny little pimples all over my face. So I basically spent $40 to get MORE acne. I then went online and read a entire slew of reviews with my same experience. That was it for me, I packaged it up and I am returning it to the store. I am leaning more towards natural brands with less chemicals. I never even had acne before I started wearing foundation..go figure.

I am not all that impressed with this set. I will probably switch back to something else next time. I gave it a try bc it was cheaper but the only product in the entire set that I was even mildly pleased with was the Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel. Other than that the rest of the set is lacking and did not seem to do much to prevent breakouts for me.
