Its defiantly the real thing folks, My mother had it before and loved the smell of this wonderful fragrance by Nina Ricci,. When she received the one from Amazon she was so delighted to have it again, and for the price you cant beat it! Its was a pleasure to see my mother open the box and smile.

Years and years ago,I was shopping for a Christmas gift for my Mom.Something I knew she didn't have.So,I was at a large department store,and wandered over to the perfume dept.I looked at the L'Air Du Temps display and picked up the tester. One sniff and I was done in.I love perfume,but I do not like anything sweet or heavy or one that drowns you in a sea of chemicals.But this perfume? Exquisite. I sprayed some on my sleeve so I could enjoy it on the way home.I bought it for my Mom,and I have a photo of her when she first put the spray bottle up to her nose:She was nearly swooning.It became "our" perfume and nothing else would do. It smells really good on a coat or jacket that you might have worn a few days before.It is just so light and lovely and indescribable.To this day,with Mom gone now for two long years,when I spray myself with the perfume,I still remember how much Mom loved it and I am back there long ago with Mom on that Christmas morning.
Scents and odors evoke memories,and this particular perfume evokes wonderful memories of Mom and me.

L'Air Du Temps is a floral fragrance. It lasts well and is pleasant, except the citrus notes. I do like citrus notes, but in this product, the sour part of the citrus fragrance is quite strong and sharp. This would be good if you like sharp, bitter notes in your fragrance, but I don't. It's not offensive, and I'm using it, but it will never be a favorite for me.

Have used L'air Du Temps for many years. This item is not L'air Du Temps.
Unfortunately all the paperwork and packaging was tossed. I won't order scents again.

My daughter buys it for me every Christmas and not only do I enjoy the scent all year, I think of her every time I use it.
