On my skin Vanderbilt is pure carnation, mimosa, rose, and other spicy floral notes. When I wear Vanderbilt (to steal a line from West Side Story), "I feel pretty- oh, so pretty!". Vanderbilt is uber-feminine! I've had Vanderbilt in my wardrobe since I was 11 years old. A classic!

This has been my scent of choice for 25 years. I can't do without it.
It's usually hard to find in the local stores or if they have it, it's out of my price range. The price was right, the order arrived in a timely manner in excellent condition. I'm happy. The savings was great also.

This is a very old scent also. I remember this when back in 1987. I know because I wore it. It is sweet and stays with you forever. It has its own type of smell and If I had to put it into a catagory I would put it with White Diamonds by Elizabeth Taylor. The scent is crisp yet sweet and has long life to it without having to re-apply often. This is an elegent smell and not recommended for the young. It is a classic scent for a more mature minded type of person. It can be worn for any occasion.

I bought this for my daughter. She loves the scent and it smells great on her. Not overpowering.
