 Better to light a candle... September 30, 2008
The Votivo line is one of my favorites and I would argue with anyone who feels they are overpriced...There's an abundance of candles out there for a lot less that may smell good at first but fade or have no scent when burning. Votivo candles, on the other hand, can fill a room with scent just sitting there, even better when lit and long burn time. I especially like Black Ginger and Red Currant. Their hand-poured candles are in clear glass and nice box while the Color collection costs a bit more for the colored glass and bit fancier packaging. Either type makes great gift or just because you deserve it.

The Greenpepper Coriander candle is the only Votivo candled I have burned, but I would gladly purchase more candles from this brand in the future. It made my dorm room smell like a spice cabinet when it was lit--though the scent was definitely not overpowering.

IF I COULD GIVE IT 10 I WOULD, YOU DON'T EVEN NEED TO LIGHT THEM AND THEY STILL FILL THE ROOM WITH THEIR SCENT. *****

This is a great candle. It smells wonderful, but not overpowering. Worth the price. I will keep buying it as long as they keep making it.

Don't listen to the other reviewer. These candles are worth every penny. This ONE candle can scent your entire house with a wonderful but not overpowering scent.
